If you have just registered an account on our website and you did not receive our verification email, it could have been caused by one of these reasons:
- Wrong email address: the wrong email address could have been used during the registration process or it was the right email address but with typo error. If this is the case, there is no way to receive the verification email as the registered email address is invalid.
- Inbox not fully synced: your email inbox might not be fully synced and so it cannot show recently received emails. Or it might just need a simple manual refresh.
- Email directed to Spam/Junk: our verification email might have slipped into your Spam or Junk folder. You might need to check there and if our email is indeed there, kindly mark the email as Not Spam so that you can conveniently receive our future emails.
- Email blocked by email service provider: Although it is not common, but our verification email (or our email address) could have been blocked by your email service provider or blocked by a spam filter. If this is the case, the solution would be to either contact the email service provider for assistance or to whitelist our email address. The way to do this differs from one email service provider to the other. So if you are not sure on how to whitelist an email address, it is best to contact your email service provider (or Google it!).
